President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the statue of Major General of Tank Troops, twice Hero of the Soviet Union Hazi Aslanov to mark the 74th anniversary of victory over fascism in World War Two, ONA reports.

State and government officials, members of Milli Majlis, war veterans and public figures have also attended the ceremony.
